Book an Engineer Visit

Please use this form to request an appointment for an engineer to visit your home or business. We can help you with things like:

• Boosting the Wi-Fi signal around your property.
• Setting up devices to connect to the Internet.
• Removing viruses/malware from your computer.
• Making your system run faster or upgrading components.
• Fixing printers and scanners.
• Smart home devices.
• General IT troubleshooting.

Service Charge

Whenever possible, we will send you a fixed-price quotation in advance of coming out to see you.

For situations where we cannot reliably determine the scope of the works required, a £60 minimum fee will apply which includes the first hour and a half of our visit, dropping to £30 per hour thereafter. This fee does not cover the cost of parts, equipment or software licenses that may be required to fix your problem.

If you require equipment to extend the reach of your Wi-Fi signal, we'll let you know how much this will cost before coming out to see you.

Though every effort is made to protect against data loss, we cannot be held responsible for such an eventuality. All customers are encouraged to make regular, full system backups.
